Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Exchanges

At this time, Helomorix does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
